We at Vedaan offer products which reflects world-class quality and ensure customer satisfaction. While we strive for excellence, we acknowledge that there might be certain cases where our customers may need to refund/exchange or cancel their Vedaan order(s). As such the present policy is provided to detail the process and related terms & conditions applicable on them
We have sought to make our policy as simple as possible to help our customers make informed choice and decisions.
Time Period:
- Returns: 7 days from the delivery/receipt of the ordered products.
- Wrong Product Delivery/Defective Product: 48 hours from the receipt of delivery of products.
Eligibility:
Products are eligible for return/refund/exchange if they satisfy either of the following categories:
- Defective product(s)
- If the product delivered does not match or is equivalent to the characteristics or features as advertised or as agreed on our website
- Products delivered later than the scheduled delivery date
- Unused Products
We process returns/exchange only if the product is returned to us in the following conditions:
- Unused product in its original new condition having its serial/UPC number intact.
- Products that are not tampered/ damaged/ broken due to the fault attributable to the customer.
Process:

Initiating Return/Exchange: Mail us at: info@vedaan.com within 48 hours and we will let you know the process to be followed thereafter and guide you by a call or e-mail. Please attach relevant pictures for prima facie inspection.
If found to be valid request, we will ask for the products in question to be returned to us by courier or arrange pick-ups, as available. Products need to be returned to us with their original packaging including box, invoice, and price tags etc.
- Pick-ups: We arrange pick-ups in all serviceable areas, if pick up is not available then you will need to courier the same to us and we provide cost up to ₹ 100/- (Rupees One Hundred) as courier charges.
- Inspection: After receipt of the products by us, we will inspect the products and verify if everything is present in its original condition and the concern raised is valid. If satisfied, then we issue a full refund or exchange as per your request/wishes.
If product is found to be not eligible to be returned/exchange or refund, then the product will be sent back to you as was received.
Refunds:
- For all electronic purchases (credit, debit, net-banking, UPI, etc.), the money is refunded into the source account, where the money was deducted from automatically after approval of the refund request.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will inquire the customer’s bank details to transfer the amount electronically through NEFT, RTGS or any other mode available.
Processing Time-Periods:
- Refund’s Processing Time-period: We generally take up to 14 days to process refunds after the approval by our inspection team but in some cases the same can be maximum of 30 days.
- Exchange Time-period: We generally take up to 10 working days to process your exchange/replacement from the approval by our inspection team.
Cancellation of orders placed:
Any order which is not processed or approved by us then the said order can be cancelled by emailing us at info@Vedaan.com and we will refund the entire amount within 10 days as provided above. We reserve the right to determine whether an order has been processed/approved by us or not.
Modification Requests:
If the order placed is requested to be exchanged or return, due to no fault from our side including request for change of flavours/colours/smell/variant/size or any similar request then we may charge a small processing fee for the said modification and will let you know the amount towards the same. We do not provide pick-up services and customer will need to courier the product back to us for further processing as per the procedure above. The modification request is processed only after receipt of payment of the processing fees, if any.
Important Note:
- Replacement/Exchange of the products are dependent on availability of the said products.
- This policy is not applicable on orders delivered outside India and the orders shall also be within India only.
